Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

At Vastropath, we are committed to providing quality astrological and Vastu consultations. As our services are personal and time-bound, please read this policy carefully before booking.

2. Cancellation by Client

More than 24 hours before session: Full refund or free reschedule available.
Less than 24 hours before session: No refund. Reschedule may be offered at our discretion.
No-show (client does not join): No refund and no reschedule.

3. Cancellation by Us

In rare cases where we need to cancel a confirmed appointment due to unavoidable circumstances, a full refund or free reschedule will be offered within 3–5 business days.

4. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method (UPI / bank account).

5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided if: Consultation has already been completed, Client is unsatisfied with astrological predictions (as results are guidance-based), Incorrect birth details were provided, or Services were already partially delivered.

6. Rescheduling

One free reschedule is allowed per booking if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Subsequent reschedules may be subject to a convenience fee.
